The Courtesy Matters Program is about respect. It is about EnCana partnering with its contractors and the community to be a good neighbour. It is about establishing clear expectations for the behaviour of staff and contractors relating to traffic, gates, dust, noise and garbage. By making small changes in our behaviour we expect to make big differences in the communities where we operate.
